Website-in-a-day

A fully functional Squarespace website designed and built in one day. You bring the content — copy, images, branding — and we work closely during one intense day to get your new site live by the end of it.

Perfect for a gorgeous one-page site or a simple multi-page site without custom solutions or bespoke code. You get a professional website without weeks of back-and-forth.

  • What's included in this package:

    • 1h kickoff meeting (two weeks before) to align on style, references, and scope

    • One full day of design and development (9:00–17:00)

    • A fully functional Squarespace website: one-page or simple multi-page

    • Mobile optimisation

    • Basic SEO setup (page titles, descriptions, sitemap)

    • Cookie banner setup

    • Domain linking and back-end technical checks (same evening)

    • A complete run-through of your site's features so you can manage it yourself going forward

    What you provide:

    • All content ready before the day: copy, images, logo, and branding materials

    • Your availability during the three scheduled check-in moments on the day itself

    • Access to your Squarespace account and domain provider

    After launch — what's included and what's not:

    This is a fixed-scope package. After the site goes live, you'll receive one follow-up session (max. 30 minutes) within seven days to address small questions or walk through anything that's unclear.

    Any changes, additions, or updates to the website beyond what was agreed upon during the kickoff and delivered on the day itself are not included in this package. Additional work will be billed at my standard hourly rate of EUR 65,00 ex. VAT.

    To keep things fair and transparent: the kickoff meeting is where we define what's in scope for the day. Whatever we agree on there is what gets built. I want to deliver the best possible result for you within that timeframe — but the day has a clear start and end, and so does this package.

  • TWO WEEKS BEFORE

    1h kickoff meeting where style, references, and all practical details (eg. what features are possible in one day) are discussed

    THE DAY OF (parts involving you, the client, in bold):

    9:00-9:30 → Opening meeting, double check that we are on the same page about everything

    9:30-12:30 → First version of site created

    12:30-13:00 → Meeting to go through site and decide on necessary changes

    13:00-15:00 → Second version of site, now in fully functional mode, all buttons/links/etc are working and site is mobile optimised

    15:00-15:30 → Last meeting to doublecheck everything

    15:30-16:00 → Any final changes, Cookie banners, SEO optimisation

    16:00-17:00 → Delivery of site, payment for Squarespace subscription, run-through of features and functions

    THE EVENING (only me):

    Domain linking and back-end technical checks

    THE FOLLOWING 2h-48h:

    Depending or where your domain is hosted, the site will go live a few hours after I link everything (in some cases it can take up to a day or two).

    • In-depth brand and strategy session to understand your business, audience, and goals

  • WEEK 1 — Kickoff & Strategy We start with a deep-dive session. We'll go through your brand, your competitors, your must-haves and nice-to-haves. I'll map out a site structure and present a plan for your approval.

    WEEK 2–3 — Design & Build I design and build your site page by page. You'll receive a first draft for review midway through, with time to give feedback and request changes.

    WEEK 3–4 — Refinement & Launch Final revisions, mobile optimisation, SEO setup, and all the technical details. We schedule a handover call where I walk you through every feature and function, so you feel confident managing your site going forward.

    POST-LAUNCH Two weeks of support included for any questions, small adjustments, or things you notice once the site is live

I believe every non-profit deserves a professional online presence — regardless of budget. That's why I offer my website services free of charge to non-profit organisations.

You'll receive the same quality and care as my Website-in-a-day service: a fully functional Squarespace website designed and built in one intensive day, ready to go live.
