Virtual assistant & project support
Some of the work in your business doesn't need you — it just needs someone reliable. Maybe the admin has fallen behind and you want it caught up. Maybe nothing's wrong at all and you'd simply rather spend your hours elsewhere. Either way, I take it on — not as a temporary patch, but as a permanent home for this kind of work.
Where people usually are when they call me
You're catching up on invoices at night because the day got away from you
You'd rather spend your hours on client work than on chasing payments
Your personnel files live across three folders and an inbox
You're taking on more work and want the admin handled before it becomes a problem
There's a project running that nobody is really steering
You've been doing all of this yourself since day one, and it's time to stop

PMO & project support
When it's bigger than loose tasks
Some work isn't a task but a project: an office move, a software rollout, a new way of working that has to stick. That doesn't need an extra pair of hands — it needs someone holding the overview.
What that looks like:
A timeline that's realistic and that people actually use
Action and decision logs, kept current, with the nudges to match
Progress tracking, and flagging problems while they're still small
Preparing meetings, taking minutes, chasing the follow-ups
Documentation in order: one place where everything lives
Reporting back to you, or to your client
I'm not the project manager making the calls — that stays with you. I make sure the calls you make don't evaporate.

How we'd work together
1. Intro call (30 min, free) — You tell me what's going on. I ask questions and tell you honestly whether I'm the right answer. 2. Proposal — Within two working days, in writing: what I'll take on, how many hours I expect it to take, what it costs. 3. Access and handover — We sort out access to the systems I need, and you walk me through how you do things, once. 4. Running — I work independently. You get a short weekly update and an hours overview at the end of the month.
Who I am at work
My background is in facility and office management — the role where everything converges: the people, the systems, the things that break. I work independently, I ask when something doesn't add up, and I don't like half-finished work that merely looks finished.
What you can expect: you won't have to chase me.
