Do you only work remotely? Yes, everything runs remotely. For clients in Amsterdam or Sydney I can come to you occasionally, by arrangement.
Where are you based? I split my time between Sydney and Amsterdam, and work with clients in both countries.
Can I combine both services? Absolutely — and it's often the best combination: a site first, then support to fill it and keep it current.
Do you work with fixed prices? Websites, yes — a fixed package price. Support is hourly or on a monthly package.
How soon can you start? Usually within two weeks.
